Surado Smart Contact Manager Expands Educational Reach
Latest Revision to be Included in Third Edition of University Textbook

Riverside, Calif., February 4, 2002 ­ Surado Solutions, the emerging innovator in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software solutions, announced entering into an agreement with nationally recognized author and lecturer Dr. David Lill, to include Surado Smart Contact Manager (SCM) 2001, Education Edition, in the latest release of his textbook, Selling: The Profession, 3rd Edition.

Dr. Lill, Professor of Marketing at Belmont University in Nashville, will send examination copies of his textbook to college and university professors for possible course adoption in the upcoming summer and fall sessions.
