SCM Pro 4 Fax, included with Surado Smart Contact Manager Pro 4.1, allows you to quickly fax reports or other documents directly from SCM. Because SCM Pro 4 Fax is part of the SCM system, there is no need to import or export data. Just click the fax button and SCM will automatically prompt you for the contact record.
Once a document has been faxed, SCM will automatically create a History activity and copy of the fax under the name of the contact for future lookup. Now, you will always know what was faxed to whom, and when!
SCM Pro 4 Fax also allows you to broadcast fax to SCM Contact Groups. Best of all, SCM Pro 4 Fax is included in the price of your Surado Smart Contact Manager Pro 4.1 at no additional charge. All you need is a telephone line connected to your PC through your fax modem.

SCM Pro 4 Fax Server
SCM Pro 4 Fax Server is an add-on that provides network routing of faxes to one designated computer for transmission.
All fax documents from computers on your network running Smart Contact Manager will be routed and faxed from the designated server. Individual computers don't need to be connected to a telephone line. You only need one telephone line connected to the designated fax server computer.
On the designated server, a system administrator can review faxes waiting in the queue, as well as current and past usage logs.
SCM Pro 4 Fax Server is available at an additional cost of $450 per server. |
