| Depending on your customization needs, Surado Professional Services Team provides needs analysis, discovery, design, development and implementation services. Professional Services include:

| Surado Professional Services Team will provide up to two (2) hours of free review of your customization needs and provide you with a pricing proposal. Unless otherwise stated in Professional Services quotes, pricing proposals are only valid for a period of two weeks from the date of quote. Additional review and design consultation for customization may be purchased in one hour blocks. Once a pricing proposal (quote) has been presented and accepted, you will be required to sign a Professional Services Work Order. Pricing for Professional Services varies by the degree and amount of work involved. Surado reserves the right to change pricing at any time prior to receipt of signed Work Order and payment in full. Statement of Work and Timelines for delivery of Professional Services will be detailed in the Professional Services Work Order. The work order will only be scheduled upon receipt of a signed Work Order and receipt of payment for Professional Services. Surado reserves the right to cancel, modify and/or change Professional Services Work Order timelines and/or costs if Work Orders are not signed within a one week from the date first presented for signature and payment. Surado also reserves the right to cancel a Professional Service Work Order at any time without reason and will refund any Professional Services fees for service not rendered. Unless otherwise stated in the Professional Services Work Order, all professional services enhancements and/or upgrades to Surado products and services provided to clients will be non exclusive and will be treated as intellectual property of Surado Solutions, Inc. and may be used by Surado without any compensation to any party that originally requested the Professional Service. Surado will retain all copyrights, trademarks and full and complete ownership rights to all Professional Services rendered and may use any portion of service provided in future releases of Surado products and services as a standard feature. For any product enhancements and customizations, client will be required to upgrade from SCM Pro to Surado CRM (Enterprise-level CRM product). Surado does not provide product customization for Surado Smart Contact Manager Pro.
