Surado Solutions, Inc. offers database services for owners of Surado Smart Contact Manager Pro that need databases repaired or conversion of databases from other applications, such as ACT! or GoldMine.

Database Conversion

Surado offers database conversion for both ACT! and GoldMine Business Contact Manager. Conversions usually take 10 Business Days. Priority Service is available for an additional charge of $250. Conversions for Priority Service Guaranteed completed within 3 Business Days or you won't be charged the additional Priority Service amount. Minimum charge of $50 applicable if technician determines that conversion is not possible due to significant data loss.



ACT! Database Conversion - Standard  $349

Surado Professional Services department will convert your current ACT! 2000 or ACT! 6.0 Database Files to Smart Contact Manager Pro 4.0. The following files will be converted:
  1. Contact Information, including E-Mail
  2. Notes
  3. Activities / Appointments / To-Do’s (Pending & History)
  4. Contact Groups
Additional charge of $0.10 per record if total number of contact records is over 10,000. In order for us to complete the conversion, we need your ACT! database file set. Pricing is based on each ACT! database. If you have multiple database sets, you will find ACT! database files for each database set and charged separately for each database that you want converted.



ACT! Database Conversion - Premier  $595

Surado Professional Services department will convert your current ACT! 2000 Database Files to Smart Contact Manager Pro 4.0. The following files will be converted:
  1. Contact Information, including E-Mail
  2. Notes
  3. Activities / Appointments / To-Do’s (Pending & History)
  4. Contact Groups
  5. Sales Opportunities
  6. Custom Fields
Additional charge of $0.10 per record if total number of contact records is over 10,000. In order for us to complete the conversion, we need your ACT! database file set. Pricing is based on each ACT! database. GoldMine (FrontRange) Database Conversion - Standard  $349

Surado Professional Services department will convert your current FrontRange GoldMine Business Contact Manager Version 5.7 or 6.0 Database Files to Smart Contact Manager Pro 4.0. The following files will be converted:
  1. Contact Information, including E-Mail
  2. Secondary Contacts
  3. Notes
  4. Activities / Appointments / To-Do’s (Pending & History)
  5. Contact Groups
