- Overview
The Overview introduces the major features of Surado Smart Contact Manager Pro, including creating activities, reviewing sales opportunities and quotes, analyzing a marketing campaign, using the Knowledge Base, integrating with Microsoft Word and running reports.
- Finding Your Way Around SCM Pro
This tutorial covers the Surado Smart Contact Manager Pro interface, including Menus, the Main Toolbar, Menu Buttons, Hierarchy View, Edit buttons, Maximize buttons, Pop-Up Calendar buttons and Pop-Up Calculator buttons.
- Creating A New Contact Record
This tutorial covers creating a new contact record in Surado Smart Contact Manager Pro, as well as entering contact information, saving records, updating company addresses, using memo fields and entering data into custom screens.
- Searching For Contacts
This tutorial covers the three search options available in Surado Smart Contact Manager Pro: Quick Search in the Hierarchy View, the Search Engine, and Global Search, as well as view options available in the Hierarchy View and concepts for effective searching.
- Filtering Contacts
This tutorial covers Smart Contact Manager Pro's powerful filtering options, which can be used to display only records that meet certain criteria. This is useful to determine which contacts have certain preferences or belong to particular groups.
- Creating New Activities
This tutorial covers recording activities as they happen with Smart Contact Manager Pro's Activity Timer, as well as scheduling and entering information into new activities, and accessing them from the Pending and History folders.
- Creating Recurring Activities
This tutorial covers creating a new activity that is linked to a personal contact record, and using Smart Contact Manager Pro's Recurring Activities window to automatically duplicate the activity over an assigned period to create, for example, a weekly meeting.
- Managing & Scheduling Resources
This tutorial covers managing materials and equipment for activities, called "resources" in Smart Contact Manager Pro. Resources can be linked to activities, and tracked using reports.
- Managing Activity Reminders
This tutorial covers improving time management with Smart Contact Manager Pro's activity alarms, which can be applied to remind users about upcoming activities. Reminders can be used to open and review contact information, or "snoozed" to open at a later time.
